We are creating two profiles pages. One for Business Members and the second one for General Members.
This thread is focused on General Membership and what would members like to see added as information field so they can build their personal profile page.
Some fields could be:
General Interest, Sports, Books, Music, Movies, ...etc.
Post what information you would like to share.

I agree with Mark whole heartedly when he said:
People are interested in what other people are interested in especially if they like their personal pictures, videos, blog entries and so on. That`s what will keep people on the site longer- searching and checking other people out.
I know interest is important but I also believe the personal information information is more valuable in connecting with each other - marrige, children, grandchildren, even pets.
These type of categories also will usually get the people to actually post their information. People are more in line to want to fill in this type of information than say there job and how long they been doing it.
But in general the key to the categories should be things that people can feel enjoyment, happy, & good about. Anything that they can write about that makes them smile would be the perfect categories.
Now what that may be is a good question to ask. Something like tell me what makes you smile, or tell me what's good and wonderful been happing in you life.
